Smoke Free Public Health and Workplace Safety Act

Smoke Free Public Health and Workplace Safety Act
In 2005, the Smoke Free Public Health and Workplace Safety Act banned smoking in most enclosed public spaces, including private businesses. In July 2018, the act was updated. It continues to cover many private businesses, such as the inside of college campuses, grocery stores, and other retail establishments and now prevents the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems such as e-cigarettes.
