A successful campaign requires a clear, specific objective and a detailed plan to achieve it. Furthermore, it needs an effective way to communicate those things. The tools included in this section will help you understand the steps to achieving policy change, develop an objective, plan your action steps, and communicate it using no more than 27 words, nine seconds, and three main points. (Really, it can be done.)
