What is a tobacco product?


In the state of Rhode Island, a Tobacco Product is defined as any tobacco or nicotine product intended for human consumption (i.e., smoked/inhaled, absorbed, or ingested). This can include but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco, etc.
